Yes they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.
We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation ssl. Secondly our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

Yes , all of our folks are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. Only about 10% of the people that apply end up working as a get maid up certified cleaner.
We always ask for a credit card when booking any appointment. A lot of times customers like to add additional services/ request so we like to have it already on file if they decide to add anything on to their appointment. Another case is to leave a optional tip for the team. Please note, if you gift card covers the full balance. You will not be charged. You can not apply a coupon to past appointment that has already been completed.
You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner.
You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment.

Yes, when booking your appointment, you will be able to add any additional notes for the team. Depending on the special requests, we may have to accommodate it in at an hourly rate.
Yes, we bring all of our supplies, products and equipment to make cleaning your home stress free and a breeze. However, please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate you if possible. Alternatively, we can use green products if you would prefer. Please let us know if you would prefer green cleaning services so we can plan for this.
We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the website.
Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. We clean all the common areas. All floors will be vacuumed or swept and mopped. The kitchen will be wiped down and all the appliances exterior will be cleaned. The dishwasher is loaded if needed. The whole home is dusted. The bathrooms’ showers, toilets, mirrors, and counter tops are all sanitized. We do not move any furniture or clean anything that requires a ladder to ensure the team’s safety. We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service.

For this service, we provide a solution for any requests you may have, including extras that usually would be considered add-ons. It is important that you accurately estimate the time required when booking this service so that your cleaning professionals have the time they need to perform the requested services. 3-hour minimum.
Inside Refrigerator
Remove contents, wipe down & disinfect, replace contents. Does not include freezer unless requested.
Inside Oven
Clean & De-Grease inside oven.
Inside Kitchen Cabinets
Vacuum/Wipe interior cabinets and drawers in kitchen.
Inside Bathroom Cabinets
Vacuum/Wipe inside cabinets and drawers.
Inside Windows
Clean inside window and window sills of reachable windows.
Blinds
Dust and wipe down blinds. Select number of windows. We do not thoroughly clean plastic or metal mini blinds due to danger of breaking.
Spot-Clean Walls
Wipe down/Spot-clean walls. Because the integrity of paint is sometimes an issue, we err on the side of caution when applying cleaning products to the walls. We will do our best to remove basic stains, but sometimes a spot just needs a quick paint touch-up.
Light Organizing
Organizing, closets, cabinets and drawers, clothes and linens, de-cluttering, and light unpacking. $44/hr/cleaner, so if you choose 1 hour and we send 2 cleaners, that will give them 30 minutes of Organizing time. Please let your cleaners know what you need help organizing with the allotted time.
Pet Hair Removal
Pets are awesome, but messy! This extra provides additional time to remove pet hair from floors and carpets. Does not apply to Upholstery (please see our Services page for more information).
Load of Laundry
Wash, Dry, and Fold. Please communicate specific garment needs on the day of your service.
